1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, browsing our product catalogs, or entering into a business agreement with Dolly International Trade Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Scope of Commercial Services
- Dolly International Trade Company operates as a global trading enterprise, facilitating the procurement, quality control, export, and supply chain management of authentic heritage crafts, handloom textiles, and manufactured goods.
- All commercial inquiries, price quotes, and Proforma Invoices are subject to formal confirmation, inventory availability, and artisan production schedules.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- Orders are officially confirmed upon the issuance of a signed Proforma Invoice and receipt of the agreed-upon initial deposit or payment.
- Prices are quoted in designated international currencies and are subject to change prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed via Proforma Invoice, the agreed pricing will be honored.
- Payments must be made securely through approved international banking channels or payment gateways specified in our trade agreements.
4. Custom Manufacturing and Private Labeling
- We offer custom design, private labeling, and OEM services based on client specifications, technical drawings, or physical samples.
- Pre-production prototypes or digital samples must be formally approved by the client before bulk production begins. Any modifications requested after production has commenced may result in additional charges and revised lead times.
5. Quality Assurance and Inspection
- All products undergo rigorous multi-stage quality control inspections to ensure they meet high international export standards.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our artisan products (such as traditional pottery, hand-turned wooden items, and handloom textiles), minor variations in dimensions, surface textures, or color tones are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
6. Shipping, Logistics, and Risk
- Shipments are packed using durable, export-compliant materials designed to withstand international transit conditions.
- Delivery timelines and transit estimates are provided in good faith. Dolly International Trade Company is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance procedures, international carrier disruptions, port congestion, or force majeure events.
- Any transit damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing with supporting photographic evidence immediately upon receipt of the shipment.
7. Export Documentation and Regulatory Compliance
- We provide standard export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin, to support seamless customs clearance.
- International buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with their local destination country’s regulations, including the payment of all applicable import tariffs, customs duties, and local taxes.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All digital content, website design, product descriptions, photography, logos, and brand assets displayed across our platforms are the exclusive property of Dolly International Trade Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Dolly International Trade Company’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to any product purchase or business transaction shall be strictly limited to the total invoice amount paid by the buyer for that specific order.
